Andy Boggs recently appeared as Anthony Hope in Stephen Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd, a co-production between Opera Memphis and Playhouse on the Square. His performances earned him an Ostrander Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor at the 42nd Ostrander Awards in Memphis, Tennessee.
A versatile artist, Boggs is recognized for his works across opera, musical theater, and choral repertoire. He is currently pursuing his Performer’s Diploma in Solo Performance at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, where he studies with Dr. Brian Horne. During IU Opera & Ballet Theater’s 2026 - 2027 Mainstage Season, he will appear as Martin in Aaron Copland’s The Tender Land.
